Why didn’t slave owners payed the slaves at least for working hard for them? In the book kindred talked about how slaves were treated. In one part there is a man who is an owner and he takes advantage of Dana and tries to violate her because she is a slave. This is one reason why many slaves thought about about killing owners because they wanted freedom and were slaves.
One reason why slaves thought about killing their owners was because their owners treated them bad.For example,owners would hit them if they didn’t do the work and they didn’t let the slaves rest .Also because slaves worked hard for nothing because they got treated bad, and didn’t get paid.

One connection i have about slaves killing their owners is that one day i saw a movie that it talked about a women who worked for a men, and he sometimes didn’t pay her.The women was feeling scared because the man got too close to her a lot , and he liked touching her.The women felt uncomfortable by a time after, and didn’t leave because she was scared.one day the man violated her with his force, and she told a friend of her.Her friend got really mad and told her that he was going to kill the guy who violated her.
In my opinion i think slaves should kill owners if they are being mean or not respecting them.I also think everyone should have respect to others because then sometimes people cause problems if their not respecting or treating others the same way.
